To change your bank account information with ProPay, please email support@aptexx.com with the following information:
- Property Name
- New Bank Account number and routing number
- Voided check or Bank Letter for each new account
To change your bank account information with BankServ, please email support@aptexx.com with the following information
- Property Name
- Signed Bank Change form (attached)
- Voided check or Bank Letter for each new account
** PLEASE NOTE: deposit slips are not acceptable as an alternative to a voided check or bank statement.
