Why is my Debit Card being charged like a Credit Card?

Your card is not showing up as a debit card in our database. We get a list of what banks consider to be debit cards on a monthly basis. If this card is not identified as a debit card in the database, we can’t treat it as a debit transaction.

When you save your card number and card information as a payment method in your Aptexx profile, you will see if the card is recognized as a debit or a credit card.

You can use another means of payment, such as echeck, if you do not wish to use a debit or a credit card.
