I'm a Resident and I Can't Log In

If you are having trouble logging into Aptexx: 

  • Have you tried the reset password button? Did you get our email when you clicked the reset password button?
  • Did you try to reset your PIN? Did you get our email to reset your PIN?


Next, if you are still unable to login, send us a support request with the following information:

  • Your name
  • The name of your property and your unit number
  • The name of your property management company
  • Let us know if you did NOT get the reset password or reset PIN emails


Once you are able to login, we suggest that you Bookmark the URL for your login page and save your password somewhere safe.
