Resident Payment Settings

There are 3 payment statuses for each resident profile.  The payment status indicates if and how a resident can make a payment to their Aptexx profile.

Indicates that a resident can make a payment online with any payment method accepted by the property

 

Certified Funds Only         Screen_Shot_2017-05-22_at_12.15.55_PM.png   

Indicates that a resident can make a payment with Aptexx, but only with payment methods that guarantee the funds are available.  These include Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Money Orders.

For integrated properties, Aptexx reads the resident's current 'Cash Equivalent' setting on the resident's profile in your property management software.

Indicates that a resident can not make a payment in Aptexx

For integrated properties, Aptexx reads the resident's 'Do Not Accept Payments', 'Eviction' or equivalent setting on the resident's profile in your property management software.
