Someone will NOT get an email payment reminder if:
- They have no email address
- They did not have reminders setup for the given day of month
- They are unsubscribed from messaging
- They are a past resident
- The company does not accept payments
- They have no payment methods on file
- They have future scheduled payments
- They have never made a payment before
- They have made a payment within the last 7 days
- They are inactive
- The payment method is eCheck and the company account is in an eCheck blackout
- The person is integrated and the company is not integrated
- The person is not integrated and the company is integrated
