My resident didn't get an email payment reminder?

Someone will NOT get an email payment reminder if:

  1. They have no email address
  2. They did not have reminders setup for the given day of month
  3. They are unsubscribed from messaging
  4. They are a past resident
  5. The company does not accept payments
  6. They have no payment methods on file
  7. They have future scheduled payments
  8. They have never made a payment before
  9. They have made a payment within the last 7 days
  10. They are inactive
  11. The payment method is eCheck and the company account is in an eCheck blackout
  12. The person is integrated and the company is not integrated
  13. The person is not integrated and the company is integrated
