My resident didn't get their Scheduled Payment reminder?

Reasons a resident may NOT receive their Scheduled Payment reminder are:

  1. the person is not active
  2. the company account does not accept payments
  3. the person's status is inactive
  4. the company account is set to only accept certified funds during this time
  5. the payment method is inactive
  6. the person is integrated and the company account is not integrated
  7. the person is not integrated and the company account is integrated
  8. the person is past
