Survey Responses
The Survey Responses section is the default view of the Surveys tab and is a quick and easy way to view all of your recent surveys. You can sort the survey responses by Response, Unit, Person, Sent On Date, or Responded On date. You can click on Details for an individual response to see any comments left, or click on Expand to have all of the comments shown.
The default view shows all surveys completed month to date, with the most recent response at the top. You can filter this view by Property Status (Active, Inactive, All), whether or not notes were added by the responder, by time period (custom, month, quarter, year), the survey type (General Satisfaction, Move In, Move Out, Lease Renewal, Maintenance, Prospect), and Response Type (Positive, Indifferent, Somewhat Negative, Negative).
Once you have filtered the list of responses, you can sort the results by Results, by Unit Number, the respondent, the date the survey was sent, or the date on which the survey was taken. You can also click on Expand to see any notes provided with the survey response, or click on Details to see just that particular survey's note, if one was added.
