Messaging - Using a Template


Using a Template:

  1. Navigate to Messaging > New Group Message
  2. Select Settings, Recipients, click “Done”
  3. Click “Import Template”
  4. Select Template
  5. Click “Done”
  6. Send or Schedule your message


When creating a NEW GROUP MESSAGE, you can use previously created templates to make sending your message even easier.  Follow the steps to create a NEW GROUP MESSAGE, and when you get to the Compose step, click on “Import Template”.  You will see a drop-down menu allowing you to choose the template you wish to use.  Once you have chosen the template you wish to use, click “Done” and finish the NEW GROUP MESSAGE by either sending or scheduling your message.
