Packages – Unclaimed Queue


To see which packages have not yet been picked up by a resident, navigate to Packages > Unclaimed Queue on the left-hand shelf menu in Aptexx.


From this screen you can:

a. choose which properties you would like to view

b. search by either renter name or unit number

c. classify a package as having been picked up or delivered

d. see which renters have an unclaimed package

e. send a message to a renter with an unclaimed package

f. see the number of packages a renter has not yet claimed

g. see the details of an unclaimed package, or the details of all of the unclaimed packages.

The two most common actions taken with a package are “Picked Up”, meaning the renter came to the office to retrieve their package, and “Delivered”, meaning someone from the property brought the package to the renter’s unit.  Clicking on Details shows an Actions drop-down menu that also has options for Return to Sender and Package Missing. The Details option also shows the size of the package as entered when the package was received by the property, the date and time the package was entered into Aptexx, as well as a link to the uploaded image of the package, if one was created when it was entered into Aptexx.
